How it all began
Driven by the desire to improve wine culture and enrich wine routes, Miroslav Kovačević took over in 2013. historical Irish cellar “Podrum 1930.”

This magnificent edifice of an authentic ambient whole represents an inestimable value for Irig, not only because of its rich history but also because of the preservation and nurturing of the wine tradition of this region.
The cellar, founded back in 1930 by winegrowing families from Iriga, operated successfully until 1995, when due to the economic crisis and the difficult situation in the country, it stopped working.
In 2013, Miroslav Kovačević revived this cellar, returned it to its old glory and renewed wine production. Nurturing our wines, we preserve the traditions of old winegrowing families, while at the same time tracing our own wine path. Barik hall, basement rooms with amphorae and wine archive make this grandiose cellar from the time of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia – a place of unique experience and a living link with the past.
