Golden days in the vineyards brought with them golden news!
Winery Kovačević received the first certificates of organic production for its vineyards!
In 2019, we started the conversion process from conventional to organic production and treated all vineyards exclusively in accordance with the principles of organic production. Our goal is to establish and preserve the health of both the vines and the soil.
Also, all new plantings are nurtured exactly as nature dictates.
Organic production is based on the prohibition of the use of herbicides, systemic agents and mineral fertilizers, with the aim of depicting the micro-location.
We nurture the vineyards in complete harmony with nature, preserving biodiversity, because we want to restore the primal vitality of the vines so that the fruits we harvest are a true reflection of the Fruško Gora terroir.
