· Grape variety: Rhine Riesling

· Production process: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while aging lasts 6 months in oak barrels with a volume of 3000 liters and several months in the bottle.

· Color: intense straw yellow

· Description: The specific soil and special microclimate of the Irish vineyards give us a special wine recognizable by the fruity aromas of green apples, peaches and apricots. A wine with a rounded taste and pronounced fruity character.

· Alcohol: 12.5%
