DESCRIPTION
Alma brandy is modeled on Italian grappa. By choosing the best quality grapes for wine production, we distill the liquid part of the pomace macerate in copper cauldrons of the classic type.
Maturation takes place in Serbian oak barrels of 300 and 500 L.
Alma means generous – nurturer. Alma Mons is the Latin name for Fruška Gora, which in translation would mean the benevolent mountain – the mountain of the nurturer.
The honey color of this unique drink is a real delight for the eyes, and the long aging of Alma brandy in an oak barrel highlights its full and soft taste.
SERVING
It is served as an aperitif or digestif, and is served chilled at a temperature of 10-13°C.
