Apricot fruit brandy, obtained by the old method of making toast in traditional copper cauldrons. The harmonious structure and unique aromaticity is created by fermentation of the rind without the presence of the stone at a controlled temperature.

SERVING
It is served as an aperitif or digestif, and is served chilled at a temperature of 10-13°C.
