FERMENTATION
Maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts take place in oak barrels with a volume of 3000 l and 5000 l.

AGEING
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels (50% new, 50% used barrels), then another year in large barrels.

FEATURES
High attack of aromas, dominated by fruity aromas of blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, followed by the influence of a quality oak barrel, which gave notes of vanilla, cedar and sweet spices. On the palate, a complex, ethereal and elegant wine with a fruity character, with notes of blackberry and currant, with a discreet note of ripe red pepper, which gives this wine an additional sense of freshness, medium acids, fuller body and intense tannic structure, with tannins that are fine and finely granulated with a long-lasting spicy finish.

SERVING
The top quality of the wine is fully expressed if it is served at a temperature of around 17°C.
