FERMENTATION

Maceration and fermentation on autochthonous yeasts in oak barrels with a volume of 3000 l for several weeks. The wine continues to mature for two years in barrels of 300 l and 500 l.

AGEING

Aging in the bottle is a minimum of 12 months.

FEATURES

On the nose, the aromas of candied fruit, orange peel and nuts stand out, followed by the mild aromas of toast and honey. A full-bodied wine, juicy and creamy – ripe tannins and balanced with honey alcohol and citrus acids.

SERVING

Serving at a temperature of 12-14°C
