FERMENTATION
Maceration and fermentation on autochthonous yeasts in oak barrels with a volume of 3000 l for several weeks.
AGEING
The wine is then aged for two years in the same barrels on its own lees. Aging in the bottle is a minimum of 12 months.
FEATURES
The fragrance has very pronounced herbal notes, finely interspersed with aromas of yellow candied fruit and ripe apples. The wine is full-bodied, structured, potent and well-balanced with a long fruity finish.
SERVING
The top quality of the wine comes to its full expression if
is served at a temperature of 12-14°C.
