The grapes are from our own organically certified vineyards from Fruška Gora. The main feature is that no conventional means are used to protect and feed the vine

PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Fermentation is spontaneous, with autochthonous microflora. Part of the wine ferments and ages in a large barrel, part in 500 l barrels.

AGEING
Aging in the bottle lasts several months.

FEATURES
The fragrance is dominated by the aromas of tropical fruit and pineapple, which intertwine with the discreet scents of zave. On the palate, soft, fresh, medium-bodied wine, with complex fruity, herbal and creamy oak aromas in the finish.

SERVING
You will feel the harmony of aroma and taste best if you drink it chilled at a temperature of 8 – 10°C.
