FERMENTATION
The wine is produced according to the traditional “champagne method” – ” Methode champanoise”. A brief contact of the juice with the skin (maceration) gives the wine a more pronounced fruitiness and light color.
AGEING
Until the moment of discarding the sediment and adding liqueur, the wine ages on fine sediment for 10 years.
FEATURES
At the beginning, a subtle aroma, with standing, the aromas of strawberries and raspberries, characteristic of Pinot Noir, open up. On the palate, honey with a lot of red fruit with slightly toasted freshness – creamy, rounded and layered.
SERVING
The top quality of this wine comes to full expression if it is served at a temperature of 8-10°C
