DESCRIPTION
Dunja fruit brandy is produced according to the old method of making toast in traditional copper cauldrons. Brandy with a recognizable smell and taste, was created from the fruits of carefully selected quinces at full maturity. The roasting process takes place without the presence of the seed lodge. Aging in oak barrels of 300 and 500 L.
SERVING
It is served as an aperitif or digestif, and is served chilled at a temperature of 10-13°C.
