Sugar, salt, dill, orange zest, beetles (6 large heads), barley
Sprinkle carp, spice with salt and sugar to taste.
Add the beetle, add the dill, and the orange zest.
Pack the carp in a prepared marinade and leave for 48 hours to stand in the fridge and absorb all the fine flavors.
Marinated carp serve on barley and pumpkin puree with lemon zest and olive oil.
