Honney sweet pork ribs

400 g of pork ribs
300 g of carrots
200 g of leeks
200 g of purple onion
500 g of potatoes
Yellow sugar

2 dl ketchup
2 tablespoons of honey
Worchester sauce
Olive oil
Cayenne pepper
Crushed paprika
Milk Pepper

Treat meat at low temperatures. When the ribs are processed, they are baked in wood stoves at temperatures of 280 to 300 degrees, 7 to 8 minutes. Cook the ribs together with the vegetables.
Prepare the sauce. Combine all the necessary ingredients. The sauce should be strong, spicy and salty.
When the ribs are cooked, transfer them to the broth, sprinkle with sauce and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until it grows brown (about 10 to 15 minutes).
Along with honey pork ribs serve grilled vegetables or homemade noodles roasted on a butter.
