Pork fillet in plum sauce

INGREDIANTS:
270 g of pork fillet
Dried plums
Ajvar
Red wine
Gnocchi
Spices

PREPARATION:
Into boiled dried plums pour red wine. When the wine is reduced, add two tablespoons of ajvar and pour the basic sauce (demiglas), cook to the desired density.
Pork fillet serve with homemade gnocchi in a plum sauce.
